Delicious Healthy Eating

Keep your New Year’s resolution with help from The Polka Dot Pantry.
Healthy Eating will be a monthly class featuring nutrition 
and a variety cooking of cooking skills and delicious demonstrations 
each month in addition to the 14-day take home menu plan.

Skills Covered: Introduction to Asian ingredients,

Cooking for 1 or 2 is just for you.

Make, bake and decorate cupcakes with us!  
Bake cupcakes from scratch to decorate with delicious frosting.
 Learn fun and easy decorating techniques. 
This class, we'll bake delicious confetti, red velvet and chocolate cupcakes 
and decorate them with sprinkles and candies!

Soft Cinnamon rolls, braided Challah,

Skills: sweet dough, mixing and shaping with fruit, nut and spice fillings.

Wednesday, February 15th– 7 p.m.  $20

The Whole Enchilada
A hands-on class where you'll prepare traditional Mexican dishes including: 
Enchiladas rolled or stacked with chicken or pork fillings, 
topped with Red or green mole (sauces), Fire roasted salsa & Fiesta rice.
Skills: Chile I.D., Moles/Sauces, 
Enchiladas from the oven and crock-pot, 
vegetable roasting and rice cookery.
Take home your favorite sauce or mole
