About Me

When I graduated from Brigham Young University I realized I had taken as many chemistry classes as premed students for my Food Science and Nutrition class prerequisites. This foundation enriched my curiosity in the world of "how" food works.

My cooking and sewing experience started before I was 10 years old which was quite some time ago...Now I am a certified Home Economist currently teaching in a local Jr. High school.

I absolutely love to create good food and sew with beautiful fabric.
